We welcome contributions to the NBT toolbox, and the NBT wiki. We are also happy to hear any feedback.

Please file bug reports using the NBT bug report form

Feedback can be given by using our Feedback form. Suggestions for new biomarkers can be given at the NBT biomarker suggeestions form

Develop/Contribute code to the NBT toolbox

Do you want to contribute code to the NBT toolbox or do see a way the NBT code can be improved?

It is easy to get involved and contribute to the development of the NBT toolbox (public version) (no contribution is too small). The 3 easy steps are:

  1. Fork the NBT repository on GitHub, see Fork a Repo
  2. Make your changes to the code.
  3. Make a pull request to have your changes included in the NBT repository, see Creating a pull request
